Brett and Jordy Micellis, a super seating indictment was just filed by special counsel.

Jack Smith adding additional charges, at least three new charges in the super seating indictment against Donald Trump.

Also, a new co-defendant added Carlos De Oliveira, a maintenance worker at Mar-a-Lago, has now joined Walty Nauta and Donald Trump as co-defendants and the additional charges in the super seating indictment relate to the destruction, manipulation, attempted destruction of surveillance footage that was kept at Mar-a-Lago.

And in pain, staking detail in this 60-page plus super seating indictment, special counsel, Jack Smith lays out moment by moment from when the Department of Justice issued a subpoena in 2022 at Mar-a-Lago for the documents to when the Department of Justice arrived on June 3rd to the subsequent subpoena of surveillance footage records.

And then it has all of the steps that were taken by Donald Trump, Walty Nauta, and now this new co-defendant, this maintenance worker, Carlos De Oliveira to try and destroy the surveillance footage, including statements that are attributed to witnesses.

Actual quote saying De Oliveira had said, Trump wants this gun, Trump wants to get rid of this, we are doing it for Trump, they use the shush emoji, the shush emoji is featured in the super seating indictment, shhh, that's included in this indictment.

And then there's an additional, I think, critical point in this super seating indictment, which I think deserves equal amount of attention.

And this relates to that meeting where Donald Trump was showing classified information to the ghost writers of the Mark Meadows book.

In the initial indictment, it didn't specifically say what those documents were.

And so Donald Trump and the Trump lawyers, and they kind of fell right into special counsel, Jack Smith trapped, they were like, oh, that was just Trump being Trump and braggadocious.

That was just magazines that Donald Trump, he didn't actually have the war plans well.

Special counsel, Jack Smith just said, checkmate, we've got the documents, they were the war plans.

We know the exact documents that he was showing, Mark Meadows, and it's just so amateurish and thankfully Trump's such an idiot, and his lawyers are so bad that he fell into that trap.

Anybody who's dealt with federal prosecutors before as a criminal defense lawyer knows that you better get all of your discovery right.

You better look through all of it before you go out there and make statements because there's always a disparity of information.

But yes, count 32, which relates to page 17 of the indictment now, the superseding indictment makes it clear that those documents were Iranian war plans that Donald Trump was showing it.

And those documents are in the possession of special counsel, Jack Smith as well.

So that additional fact has now been added.

So we now have deletion of surveillance footage, additional counts related to making false statements, a new criminal defendant in Carlos De Oliveira, and they go through his false statements that he previously made to the FBI saying that he had no involvement.

It's clear there are more cooperating witnesses identified as employee number four, who I believe to be someone by the name of Yusul Taveris, who is an IT worker at Marlago, who if you've watched Midas Touch Network, we've talked about Yusul Taveris, the IT worker who's been speaking with special counsel, Jack Smith.
