Last night, Donald sat down for an interview of sorts with journalist Dasha Burns.

It was for the latest episode of her Politico series, The Conversation, but what transpired

wasn't much of a conversation at all.

Instead, it was a more pathetic than usual performance by a desperate man.

I should say an increasingly desperate man.

Donald sat there and lied for almost the entirety of that 45 minutes, which serves to show us how frightened he is by the crumbling economy.

Again, an economy that is not just grumbling on his watch, but because of his horrific policies, and of course, his very low poll numbers.

We can, in fact, say they are so low as to be humiliating. But let's start with the economy.

Burns asked Donald about the country's current financial situation,

and he answered with pathological dishonesty. Take a look.

But I do want to talk about the economy, sir, here at home, and I wonder what grade you

would give your economy.

A plus.

A plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus.

Just plus, plus, plus, plus, plus, plus. Just plus, plus, plus, plus.

That was modest.

Here's the problem with that, though.

And maybe Burchard should have asked a more specific question, not just about the economy,

but about the economy for working Americans, for small businesses, for the American family.

Because Donald, in his adult state, could very well have been talking about how the economy is

working for people like him, you know, the grifters, the obscenely wealthy, the multi-billion dollar corporations.

In that regard, yes, I'd have to agree with him.
