Donald Trump could be disqualified from running in 24 by Supreme Court. So this is a couple

of lawyers from University of Chicago and University of St. Thomas. They did this 126-page report

and they argued that Trump attempted to overturn the 2020 presidential election that amounts

to insurrection, thus making it unconstitutional for him to run for the White House again

under the 14th amendment. And they say this is province and duty and they're taking it all

the way to the Supreme Court if they have to to back their conclusion.

Well, I hate to burst these people's bubble here, but just a couple of things. And look, I am just

low-level bird lawyer who just, you know, pretends to be one on the radio and have no actual legal

experience. Did you know Todd Rokita and I believe we have tried the same amount of cases in our

life? Yeah. You probably won all years. Me, me, the pretend lawyer on the radio and Todd

Rokita, the actual actual attorney general, I believe we've tried the, the same amount of cases.

Number one, the Supreme Court doesn't have to take any case they don't want to take and they're

not going to take this case. And number two, I was unaware that Donald Trump had been

convicted of insurrection, Casey. Right. Correct. I was unaware. No one. In fact, I didn't know a

single solitary person from January 6th had been convicted of insurrection. Do I miss that?

No, they go on to say that Donald Trump will need permission from two thirds of both

Asena and the House to run for president. So now he has to ask for permission. It just proves
