Yes, it's Chateau Goose. It's a property of more than 60 acres. It's an organic property since a long time now because it's since

2010 so it's quite long so we are growing grapes organically and we are making wine organically in

bordo France correct this is this comes it's it's in bordo France on the Atlantic coast

it's in the big area in bordeaux called Antre de Meer and we are making rosé and red wine.

I've always said I like the pale pink provance style, but is this this is directly from Bordeaux it's strictly from Bordeaux and yeah a few years ago

We decided to change the way we we made the rosé and and we make a quick tour in in province to understand how they made roe de wine and and we

change few things on the techniques how we made the rosé in Bordeaux in Chate August and we change few things in

terms of maturity in terms of pressing in temperature of fermentation and this is the result it's a

clear color and more fruity more fresh and close to a province rosé but it's a border rosé.
