Can the committee and the coming weeks make the ambitious case that laid out last night?

What will the Justice Department, which has already brought hundreds of charges in connection

with the Capitol assault, due with information the select committee has uncovered?

Will these hearings generate the kind of political consensus that might be needed before the

Attorney General decides to aim as high as the select committee is already suggesting

might be necessary?
