The Strait of Hormuz blockade is the dumbest and most dangerous thing a sitting U.S. president has ever done. Twenty percent of the world's oil moves through that channel. Saudi Arabia is nervous. 0:00.0	This is the mop up. This is the mop up. I'm David Feldman in New York City. Thank you for finding me on today's show. Trump's blockade sinking. Maga supporters are starting to believe Trump is the Antichrist and the Republicans wage war on Muslims in Iran and here in Texas.
0:24.9	We are now well into day two of Donald Trump's International Naval Blockade of the Strait of Hormuz.
0:33.6	He warned if any of these ships come anywhere close to our blockade, they will be immediately
0:40.1	eliminated.
0:41.5	The New York Times says nobody's quite sure how Trump plans to enforce this blockade, which
0:51.7	began 10 a.m. Eastern on Monday. The Pentagon keeping a lid on the story.
0:58.0	So all we really know is what the Pentagon, Iran, and nearby Persian Gulf states are reporting,
1:07.0	which is really not a lot. The Pentagon says no shots have been fired as U.S. destroyers patrol the area outside the Strait of Hormuz,
1:19.9	which would be the Gulf of Oman and the Arabian Sea.
1:24.1	There are reports that, one, Chinese ship trying to enter Hormuz, got turned away by
1:30.0	American Navy ships. But so far, as many as eight tankers have reportedly sailed through since
1:40.6	the blockade began. One of them, a Chinese tanker filled with methanol. They passed through
1:46.9	despite that tanker being on America's blacklist going back three years. This was a tanker
1:53.9	that was caught serving as part of Iran's shadow fleet, transporting Iranian oil despite economic sanctions, but it was flagged
2:05.3	Chinese, and Trump let them through. There are reportedly four other tankers, the United States
2:13.0	officially blacklisted, and yet they sail through Trump's blockade. Again, we don't know
2:20.9	exactly how our Navy is enforcing this blockade if they're enforcing it at all. China made
2:29.9	it clear on Monday. It would not obey the American blockade and instead would honor its trade agreements
2:37.8	with Iran. Beijing declared they will accept nothing less than complete unimpeded access to the
2:46.1	strait of Hormuz describing the blockade as dangerous and irresponsible. So it looks like the blockade
2:55.6	doesn't include China, which, by the way, has plenty of oil. They don't need the oil coming out
