He's talking about AOC and Jasmine Crockett, but listen to this.

He's comparing a cognitive test to an IQ test.

Okay, so for those you don't know, older people, oftentimes as part of the Medicare requirement every year, you got to take this cognitive test and obviously I'm not of the age where I'd be taking it, but it's my understanding having parents parents who have taken the test, they, like, draw, they tell you to draw a certain time on a clock because there's some sort of deal. If you've got some sort of cognitive decline, you can't draw a certain time. And then they, when you walk in, they'll say, okay, I'm going to tell you three things, and then we're going to come back to them and your job is to remember them, you know, repeat them. Whatever. And people with the ability with good, you know, sound memory, mind, whatever, should be able to memorize those things. Now, there's some people who simply just can't do it. doesn't mean they're in the throes of Alzheimer's, but they just, most people should be able to do it. And, um, and there's many people who leave productive lives who just for whatever reason can't do it. But that's the test Trump took. He didn't take an IQ test. Correct. They asked him to remember Apple, Duck, Banana. That's what they have to do. I know.

He's thinking they're the same thing.

They are not. And by the way, I think all the, I think all the members of Congress should have to take an IQ test. I think they're on both sides of the aisle. I think you would be, and the Supreme Court people. An IQ test or a cognitive decline test? No, an IQ test. I think, well, both. Let's rank them. Yeah, let's put it out there. That's both. Like, I think you would be, I think you would be blown away on both sides of the aisle at how low the level of intelligence of some of these people in the Congress who are making choices for you actually are.
