Summary
At Davos 2026, U.S. leaders are calling out the failures of globalization head-on, while Klaus Schwab's old 'Great Reset' and stakeholder capitalism dreams face reality checks. From elite quotes pushing systemic overhauls and compliance tech to today's blunt rejections of top-down globalism, we ask: Has the WEF vision finally collapsed? Today we break down the quotes, the admissions, and why free markets, faith, and sovereignty win out over elite control.

| 0:00.0 | Well, it is World Economic Forum at Davos time of year and Donald Trump is currently giving his remarks there along with the Secretary of Commerce for the United States. I've got to tell you, it has been interesting to watch. I don't think this is the normal tenor and tone that the World Economic Forum is used to. So today what we're going to do is we're going to go over some of the comments by Donald Trump. We're going to go over some by the Secretary of Communist-Letnik. And we're also going to talk about what the agenda of the World Economic Forum actually is. And we're going to try to be very intellectually honest with respect to what they want to achieve. But we're also going to talk about why the Secretary of Commerce has gone so far as to say the globalization |
| 0:38.1 | has not served and has in fact failed the West on this episode of making the argument. |
| 0:44.5 | I'm your host, Nick Fradis. All right. Let's jump right into this. I want to start with Donald |
| 0:50.5 | Trump being introduced into the World Economic Forum and then him going right into his |
| 0:54.5 | kind of initial comments. And then we're going to go to a couple of clips and then I really want |
| 0:58.3 | to talk about Secretary Lutnik's comments as well. So let's go ahead and do that first. This is |
| 1:02.8 | Donald Trump coming on to the stage at World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. |
| 1:08.9 | Thank you very much, Larry. It's great to be back in beautiful Davos, Switzerland. Thank you very much, Larry. It's great to be back in beautiful Davos, Switzerland, and to address so many respected |
| 1:18.2 | business leaders, so many friends, few enemies, and all of the distinguished guests. |
| 1:27.3 | It's a who's who, I will say that. |
| 1:30.2 | I've come to this year's World Economic Forum with truly phenomenal news from America. |
| 1:37.2 | Yesterday marked the one-year anniversary of my inauguration, and today, after 12 months back in the White House, our economy is booming, |
| 1:47.5 | growth is exploding, productivity is surging, investment is soaring, incomes are rising, |
| 1:56.5 | inflation has been defeated, our previously open and dangerous border is closed and virtually |
| 2:04.4 | impenetrable, and the United States is in the midst of the fastest and most dramatic economic |
| 2:11.0 | turnaround in our country's history. |
| 2:16.3 | Under the Biden administration, America was plagued by the nightmare of |
| 2:20.5 | stagflation, meaning low growth and high inflation, a recipe for misery, failure, and decline. |
| 2:27.5 | But now, after just one year of my policies, we are witnessing the exact opposite, virtually no inflation and extraordinarily |
| 2:37.3 | high economic growth. Growth like, I believe you'll see very shortly. Our country has |
| 2:45.1 | never seen before. Perhaps no country has ever seen before. So that was kind of the opener. |
| 2:52.6 | And it was interesting. |
