of 2026.

That is almost three years from now and 17 months after the 2024 election, it's what

his label team proposed this evening in a court filing to the judge handling the case.

They say he, quote, must have adequate time to defend himself, citing the government's

11.5 million pages of evidence, they said if the pages were stacked on top of one another,

the result would be a tower taller than the Statue of Liberty and the Washington Monument.

Remember, Jack Smith has asked for jury selection to start in December with a trial beginning

on January 2nd of 2024.

Meanwhile, the former president has been speaking out about his four separate indictments.
