There's a movement out there to allow Donald Trump to run for a third term.

And how is that possible?

Because it's in the Constitution.

There's a constitutional amendment.

The 22nd Amendment was ratified 1951 that says any president can only serve two terms.

And that doesn't even mean consecutive terms. I mean any terms at all, any two terms and that doesn't even mean consecutive terms I mean any terms

at all any two terms at all you can't serve president can't serve so yes two Supreme

Court justices and in separate appearances and they're pushing their books.

And they were asked about the two-term language included in the 22nd Amendment.

And both of them said, yeah, it's a tough one.
