It's three minutes after 10. A very good morning indeed to you. I mean, it is a big day. There's a lot going on.

The COVID inquiry findings and some early indications of some very strange

communications there. And, of course, you have that Russian spy ship in UK waters or

thereabouts and this Ukraine story. But none of them actually are obvious contenders for the

top of the show that we spend together every morning

or most mornings. And of course, if you have missed any shows recently for any reason whatsoever,

I will need a letter from your mum by the end of morning break today, explaining precisely

what your reasons are. It's the difference. I won't bore you with this because I appreciate

it. It's more interesting to me than it is to you. But it is another morning. It is one of those mornings where you recognise the difference between a big story and an interesting conversation, a big story, as in one that demands and dominates headlines, and a big topic, for one of a better

word, i.e. something that lends itself to the time that we spend together from 10 o'clock in

the morning. And I'm just mentioning that in passing, because it always amuses me or intrigues me,
