Our democracy is literally hanging in the balance in the court systems.

Trump has federalized the National Guard, sent them into Los Angeles, lying to people saying

there are riots, there are not, they are protests,ying to people saying Los Angeles is on fire.

He's lying. You're talking about a couple of blocks about at the most a mile, a square mile.

Gavin Newsom sued the Trump administration, took him to court.

Round one goes to Newsom. Put this up. Judge Breyer orders Trump to return control

of the National Guard back to California saying the call-up was illegal. Here's Newsom

responding to this. So I'm very hopeful this order puts that in perspective and hopefully Donald Trump will immediately back down.

The courts have ruled on the guard. They will be back under my command and he'll be relieved.

Donald Trump were believed of his command at noon tomorrow. Okay, of course Trump appealed and the appeals court and what it pumps our legal expert way in,

but what we have here is the appeals court temporarily lifts judges block on Trump's National Guard deployment.

So they did it on it.

Trump appealed on an emergency basis, and the court said, we're going to just stay the enforcement of this judge's order until we have a chance to look at it.

So a panel will look at it, and it will be expedited within, obviously, the weekend, but

within three or four business days,

the panel will decide and we'll get an order on that. And then, of course, Trump will appeal it

to the full panel and then the Supreme Court of the United States.

I think this is where it's all at right now, Pumps, because what they're trying to do,

we are in the normalization stage of authoritarianism.

They are trying to normalize and prep the American public and prep the United States military, that this is the way it's going to be in America.

You cannot speak out against this administration. You cannot peacefully protest.

You cannot have the freedom of assembly.
