0:12.3	Trump. Yes, he is the clear frontrunner in the race for the White House. He is neck

0:28.4	statements for years committing fraud over and over again by inflating the value of their
0:34.9	assets. Now, newsflash, this is the man who could be running the country if the election,

0:45.6	And just when you thought the circus on the hill could not get any wilder, well, you have
0:51.3	Matt Gates again, issuing this time new threats to McCarthy's speakership.
0:57.4	Senators are working together to have a backup plan, of course. And McCarthy is saying that
1:01.6	there is a plan, but they won't actually vote on it until Friday. And I mind you, the government
1:06.0	shutdown happens at 11.59 p.m. this Saturday, if they're unable to avert it. And there is a heartbreaking
1:13.6	story that's near and dear to my heart. A young black girl ignored as all the white girls around
1:19.6	her are given medals at age and massacres competition in Ireland. And what if it were your
1:24.8	daughter or mine who's now a gymnast? The video has gone viral and even Simone Viles says that it
1:31.9	broke her heart. I want to begin now with major legal trouble for the former president tonight,
1:38.1	this time in the New York Attorney General's civil case against Donald Trump and his family
1:43.5	business. A judge finding that Trump and his adult sons are liable for fraud. Also cancelling
1:51.3	the business certifications of the Trump organization. Now that move alone deals a major blow to the
1:57.9	former president and of course his businesses. During the United States, he and legal analyst
2:02.2	Norm Eisen and former Trump White House associate council may mail men. Glad to have both of you guys
