President Donald Trump is yet again trying to negotiate peace between Russia and Ukraine.

And this time, the goal is to bypass a ceasefire and go straight for a deal to end the war.

In other news, there's a brewing battle over redistricting. Texas is taking steps to redistricted

after the Supreme Court ruling gave the green light despite criticism that

doing so would be racist. Now in response to this, California is moving to redistrict. And meanwhile,

alongside the National Guard now patrolling the streets of Washington, D.C., the federal marshals

are also getting involved in law enforcement locally.
