Coming up on forum, we get the status of investigations into the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol,

with the Justice Department pursuing not only the rioters, but those who planned and funded the attack,

and with the House voting last night to find

two more Trump aides in contempt of Congress. No Republicans, though, aside from the two GOP members

of the House Committee investigating January 6th, voted for the charges. It feels tragic that so many

in my own party are refusing to address the constitutional crisis and the challenge

that we face. We'll look then at an effort in Fresno to protect street vendors from assault
