Mexico has handed over 26 high-ranking cartel members to the United States on Tuesday as part of a deal with the Trump administration to properly address the threat of criminal groups smuggling drugs over the border. Back in February, President Trump signed an executive order that designated six different cartels as a foreign terrorist organizations.
