He couldn't be here with us today, but they are the heroes behind the scenes.

They schedule and record all of our sessions.

Then they edit our very lengthy interviews, and all of our stutter-filled episodes into the tight and quippy content you hear each Monday.

And then we have the woman who made it all happen.
