um heather is not with us right now you can be seeing a lot more of me so just going to get used to

that but my wife sends her love which is me. She's going to take a break.

And while she is taking a break, guess what? Y'all got to deal with Muaw. So might as well

get ready for it. So, hey, today I wanted to, I want to have a chill topic. I guess it's

chill. But I wanted to talk about something that is one of the consistent questions that I normally get now.

And that is, that's surrounding this idea of authenticity.

So the reason why I feel like it is such a such a unique topic is because I have to admit how

shocked I have been by the number of people who talk to me about it or who asked me about it

and also the types of people who normally talk to me about it

are asking me about it. And so I think we should talk about it. So we're going to talk about

authenticity, but not just any type of authenticity. We're going to talk about the cost of authenticity.

And really what that, like what does it mean? Like, cost you something i get people who will say i

really admire your ability to be yourself um and the reason why so if you're just now getting up

the speed and you're like well that's great but i have no idea of your background let me give you

an idea of where i come from so i was born to raise a little small just why i'm not going back that far

but nonetheless like you know when it comes like to the social media scene or to this public figure that
