Allah is not putting a numerical value.

Dear Muslims, around the world, every chutzba begins with this verse.

The verse of reminding us to attain piety.

The verse of reminding us to attain the concept of taqua.

Yet very rarely do we pause and ask ourselves,

how do we obtain taqua?

What are the characteristics of piety?

What are those adjectives?

What are those descriptions that our Lord has told us,

if you wish to attain piety? This is the checklist. The Quran has many such passages,

but amongst all of them, one particular passage that our scholars say is one of the most comprehensive,

and there are many, but one of the more comprehensive passages in which Allah

subhanna-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a describes the characteristics of piety is found in Sura Aari Imran,

verses 134 onwards. And today, inshallu ta'a, we will go over the checklist of piety
