It's a continuation of a series entitled, Worthy. Well, right out of college I was a youth pastor in Texas and every summer we would drive

our kids up to Colorado to go to camp which was about a 20 hour drive which if you've

never done a 20 hour bus ride with middle school and high school kids let me just say

it'll it'll test you Jesus right it'll just kind of let you see what's inside is

It'll just kind of let you see what's inside. It's challenging and so I developed a plan

over the years that worked fairly well. What we would do is we would begin the bus ride at night.

We would drive about an hour and then we would stop

at some place to eat dinner. So dinner early in the process like a McDonald's, someplace

where the food would go in and sit heavy. And then when we got on the bus I would turn off all the lights,

turn on the TVs and I would put on one of two movies, either Jesus of Nazareth or Ben Hur, because both of them

were like six hours. And then I would turn the volume up

really loud so it was difficult for them to communicate and what would

inevitably happen was that would put most of them to sleep, which was a win.

But I always knew there was going to be those couple kids

that they had just pounded enough Mountain Dew,

that they were going to stay awake,

but I was okay with it,

because I knew the couples that would stay awake would either watch all of Jesus of Nazareth
