After co-founding two failed start-ups in university, he found his first win with truLOCAL, supplying locally sourced meat products online. As the co-founder and former CEO of truLOCAL, he built the company into a team of 60+, expanded across Canada and the US, and successfully led its $16.7 million acquisition — all within five years. Most recently, Marc celebrated the launch of his first book with Forbes, True Founder: What No one Else Has the Guts to Teach You About Starting Your First Business”. Marc has also doubled down on his passion, his love for cars which has translated into Marc winning rookie of the year, as well as the overall championship in his first year racing sports cars.
