I'm John Quignones. In Wilmington, Illinois, everyone had a smile for three-year-old Riley Fox.

The cheerful little girl with the big brown eyes. It was hard to imagine that anyone would want

to hurt her, let alone her own father, Kevin. But that was who the police suspected when Riley
