0:28.5	And, of course, goes without saying today, 24th.
0:35.2	Don't start crying before we can start.
0:37.2	I know. It hits me hard. It does me before we even start. I know.
0:38.1	It hits me hard.

0:44.5	It's the 24th anniversary of the 9-11 attacks across the United States, which changed the world forever, no doubt about it.
0:55.8	So we can talk about it real quick and get it out of the way so we can get on some true crime time.
1:00.7	And I was in uniform patrol at the time, about to be a detective, and I had worked the night shift, and I was living all the way across the parish.
1:13.8	We had to take her units into the one place to this one auto shop that did all our service.
1:20.8	And I had to go get the old change.
1:22.3	You had to stay on top of your shit, right?
1:25.1	So I got off at 6 o'clock driving in.
1:29.5	It's about a 40-minute drive across the parish from the south where I was to the north-west end to Perry's shop.
1:40.1	And on the way, I was listening to Kidcratic in the morning, and I heard them.
1:43.5	They cut it and they said, oh, there's a tragedy.
1:46.5	A plane just hit the World Trade Center.
