0:00.0	Hello everybody and welcome to true crime time for Thursday, November 13th, 2025, and I am Cindy Overton.
0:27.4	And I have some crazy stories today. As I said yesterday, Leah Marie sends Woody stories, and Woody then sends them to me,
0:41.8	and I get to tell them.
0:46.2	So I'm going to start off in Livingston Parish.
0:51.6	And Chris Hansen has been in Livingston Parish quite a few times lately,
0:57.9	and they are really doing some great things, getting these predators off the street.
1:06.0	So, on November 5th, 13 men were arrested, thanks to this online child exploitation probe that was launched by Livingston-Parris Sheriff's Office.
1:21.6	Sheriff Jasonard announced that the investigation, which was conducted in partnership with social media monitoring units
1:29.6	and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, resulted in the arrest of suspects from
1:36.9	several states, not just Louisiana. And according to Sheriff Ard, only two of those arrested resided in Livingston Parish.
1:48.0	Six were from surrounding parishes in Louisiana, and five were from other states.
1:55.8	The charges brought against the individuals are serious and uniform.
2:01.7	Each of the 13 men faces at least the following counts,
2:06.7	indecent behavior with a juvenile and computer-aided solicitation of a minor.
2:14.2	So I'm going to name some of these arrested men and their charges.
2:18.6	We have Ashton Brignac, 27.
2:22.2	He's from Broussard, Louisiana.
2:25.1	He's been charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile and computer-aided solicitation of a minor.
2:32.6	Then we have Chad Romero.
2:34.7	He's 44 years old and he has the same charges and he's from New Iberia, Louisiana.
2:42.7	Woody affectionately calls the Berry.
2:46.3	Next, we have Devin Lamar Neeland.
