So on this day in 1987, Vicki Heath was murdered in Elizabeth Town, Kentucky, at a Super 8 motel.

Heath was robbed and then murdered, marking the beginning of the days-in murders.

Margaret Gill, Jean Gilbert, and an unidentified woman who was left for dead after an attack

were all victims of the serial killer. Thirty years ago. who was left for dead after an attack,

the murderer was identified as Henry Edward Greenwell through advanced DNA analysis.
