her name is Rachel Telfer.

And so I'm just going to introduce you to our listeners.

So how did you first get into True Crime?

What's still your interest in that?

Oh, well, living kind of a life in somewhat of a true crime area being from Florida,

and having some real life experience kind of started me out in early age,

but also I had a friend of mine a couple of years ago turn me on to podcasts for the first time,

and that kind of really drug me down into the whole and the obsession of true crime

by listening to all the podcasts I could listen to.

And I see kind of a passion, which is, I don't know if it's the right thing to say,

but hey, we'll go with it.

Sure, for many people it is.

Is there a particular type of story that tends to attract your attention the most?

I think I previously told you Morgan and talking offline, and I don't say this lightly.

I tend to be somebody that wants to know the worst about people because I'm prepared for the worst.

Yeah, I won't lie in saying that the most gruesome and horrifying tales are usually what captures me,

and it's because I want to be aware of the human monsters that are surrounding us on a regular basis.

And there's many of those in Florida aren't there?
