Hello. All the stars they were told hello everybody hello but there's no England now I hope you're all having a good night hope you'll had a good day up here in New York

it's been it's been nice it's been nice. Did I leave the house today? Let me think

What's today? Monday? I did not. I didn't leave the house today.

It has been crazy. Crazy but in a very restrained kind of a sense obviously because I have not. It's like one it's great. You know you have to try to find some ways to create some

tension in your muscles just so you don't go nuts you need to have that but I was

restrained through the office for most of the day.

When I say most of the day I mean that there's other parts of the day where I actually

walked into the kitchen and but now here we are

at seven o'clock on a 8th day of January, it's Monday night and we've got a wonderful show ahead of us tonight.

Wonderful show ahead. We've got a first-time guest. The name is Jennifer. Many of you guys and gals know her as J is for justice.

That's on YouTube and elsewhere. We're going to talk a little bit about what she does. It's a true crime night tonight.

And we can go all over the place with this one, but I would love to talk about any kind of

really interesting ongoing cases that Jay is following and a few other things that have been coming up on the show, including

cult activity, because I'll tell you, I've been talking about things like this I don't know everything always has a very

cult like tie in and draw out of things and and we're going to be able to do that

a little bit of those, the dot connecting tonight, and especially for somebody like Jay who's really into analyzing what's happening specific cases and those are the people who really are able to recognize patterns quicker than others, especially when you are driven by a passion, that's huge.

So I hope you're all doing well and hope your weekend was nice.
