For events of note, 5-by-3 training in Baltimore is running their 11th annual Charm City Strongwoman

contest. This is a charity event that raises money for the Alman House, which is a

home away from home for folks undergoing cancer treatment. Emily and Company have put on a

spectacular event year after year. Five years ago, they set a goal for themselves to raise
