Hello. Welcome back. Yes, I am back. I don't have much. I feel like we don't have time to waste. All right. Let's just dive right in. Wait, real quick. Oh, I thought you didn't have time. What's this about? Real. If I had two things to say, one is that there was no surface up there because there was a music festival. And so I've just been like Twitter free. Wow. Instagram free, which is great.

Also, we got growled at by a bear climbing down a mountain in the, well we don't know

was a bear because it was dark.

So there you go.

There's the Montana update.

So I don't know if that was wasting time or if we needed that.

I thought we needed that, but then you said you didn't want to waste time and then you

did do that. It would waste more time if everybody was just wondering about the update. You know? So if you just say like, here are the big two, here's what you need to know, everything else is way less interesting. I feel like you wasted more time now. That's true. I could have three more points. I'm glad the bear just growled at you instead of did more. And we're glad you're back. That's a very nice thing to say. You made a very bold choice though wearing all black to a training camp practice. Yeah. I'm not just talking like the Raiders way, more so like heat way. So we got back at like and long sleeve. I wore all my short sleeve shirts in the past week and needed to do the laundry today and there was

a real part of me that thought like I could wear still stinky, but like nobody smells anybody at training camp.
