I do find it as essentially someone who's using the internet to do real life harm to people.

Basically with the Christchurch killer, he was in online forums before the killing.

I've seen a lot of his screenshots on A chan.

He was very clear about what he was going to do and he was egged on by... screenshots on a

the media to do his dirty work for him in a lot of ways which is also a really common predator trolling tactic.
