0:39.0	the most amazing week in terms of news. I mean, you know, you have members of the House Republican
0:45.3	caucus calling it the clown caucus. And you don't have a Speaker of the House. The House can't
0:51.0	move anything forward except to take offices away from Nancy Pelosi and Steny
0:55.3	lawyer.
0:56.1	And now Donald Trump says that he's maybe going to go to Washington might consider being
1:02.2	House Speaker if they elected him.
1:04.4	They would have to change the rules of the conference, which says that if you're indicted
1:09.5	for anything that could result in more than two
1:12.1	years in jail, you can't be in leadership. So you want to take a crack at this and sort of where
1:17.9	Trump's at and where we're at with, we may not be able to govern. Let me back up a minute. And one,
1:24.1	it's great to be here. Good to see my friend Bob, who has enjoyed this week
1:27.6	all bit. Just to back up for a minute. Remember when Kevin had to go through all those votes
1:32.8	to be speaker because he couldn't get the Gates crowd. Remember all that? Well, part of the deal he made

1:46.3	So anybody can call a motion to vacate. Now, the way we pick the speaker in the House is it's not a
