You know, this morning I actually took a Halloween-themed hot yoga class.

What does that look like? Explain.

So a very sassy yoga instructor was wearing a cape, and he had haunted slants on all of the poses.

So instead of downward dog, we did downward werewolf and howled, you know.

Oh, okay. Sure, sure. Love it. Creaky, crescent pose. That's incredible. Yeah, it was pretty funny.

Been doing a lot of hot yoga, though, because it's cold out and it's cozy. I'm very excited for this Halloween episode, though. You know how I feel about Halloween.
