Summary

Trista Sutter, THE Original Bachelorette, Steps Behind The Rope. Trista recalls what it was like when she applied to a not yet known TV show that promised the possibility of meeting the love of your life. How likely is it for someone to find love on TV? With little known Reality TV to compare it to (The Real World and Survivor were two of the only successful Reality Shows around at the time), Trista had no idea what to expect when she was cast and filmed Season One of The Bachelor. Trista explained what it felt like to be the Runner Up and subsequently, very soon thereafter, be given her own show, the uber successful Bachelorette.
