And this changes depending on your age, depending on some outside circumstances,

and also depending on what you've been doing with your life.

So you're going to be learning a little bit about this.

I haven't talked much about this on the podcast, but it definitely is something to consider

because you should be considering your sexual market value.

You should be considering how you rank yourself out there.

Why is that a good thing to do?

So you could be always progressing forward.

So you can always be trying to increase your sexual market value.

As a man, his value tends to go up over time.

He starts to gather more resources.

He starts to become more confident.
