I quickly fell in love with it and started using it on my track and field athletes and my soccer

at brute in the brute body program and some of our competitor programs in the off season and so a good portion of the beginning of the show is just explaining what

triphasic is and explaining how adaptation works in exercise science and why this method is so valuable from an injury prevention standpoint,
