Finally, infrastructure week. You win some, you lose some. Just ask President Biden

circa last week. Let's start with his else. A scary set of election results for the Democratic

Party on Tuesday. A loss of the Virginia governor's race. Republican Glenn Youngkin, who made

education a central issue, has won. And then the big win.

The winning sum came at the end of the week when Congress, specifically the House of Representatives,

finally got it together and sent the bipartisan infrastructure framework to President Biden's

desk.
