the simple and time-honored method of yelling into a pillow. really technical stuff here, or yelling outside where no one can hear you,

or punching a pillow. Because sometimes you've got to move the energy of emotional activation

or stress or being triggered physically, and there's just no amount of sitting with it or allowing it to be
