You know, before you level up, before you level up in life, because, oh, things are happening

for you, it's going to be beautiful. You may experience a trigger season where the deepest

parts of yourself consistently get checked, get poked, where the parts of yourself finally get relieved. Place right in front of

your view for you to see. And simply because these are the parts of yourself that need safety,

that need strength, that need nurturing, that need love for your next level

up. These parts of ourselves cannot remain in hiding, cannot remain in a cocoon or a bubble.

So life will give you a trigger season. A trigger season. You may experience it in the workplace. You may experience

it in your family, maybe in a relationship, the deepest wounds from your heart breaks, the childhood

memories. Oh, maybe it's just disappointments with, you know, friends and other adults.

They will come all the way to the surface.

And this is not a time to run or react too negatively.

This is a time to pay attention.

This is a time to feel. Oh, damn, this triggers me.
