Whenever I watch movies like John Wick or Robocop, it always makes me wonder there's so many shooting scenes with guns.

restaurantrologist, so let's jump right in to this week's topic. So what exactly is trigger finger? Well the names de noxing flexor tenosinovitis basically implies that it's a mechanical problem.

And essentially what's happening is there's a size mismatch.

The size mismatch is between the flexor tendons and the surrounding pulley system known as the

retinacular pulley system at the first finger.

And this overlies the metacarpalphalangeal joint.
