I think that the holidays feel like frozen noses. I love walking with the dog for long periods of time.

Hopefully it's snowing and you've got to wrap up warm. So I think a frozen nose is a sweaty armpit

because your wrapped up is so warm but then you're climbing hamps and heath and you get to the top

and then you can see the breath but then your nose is still freezing to top.

Man it's approaching like four or five years as you actually know how long it's been since we do this. I should have checked.

It's the first episode of this podcast. I can tell you because like I was just thinking damn we've been doing this a long time.

It's got to be five years. Around five years right because it's how many episodes 200.

So on episode Uno of the TriFall podcast went out five years ago. There we go. March the 2030 2016.

Holy 20 16. Yeah. So it's approaching six years. So actually crap. Wow. That's crazy.

So in fact we started it the week for my birthday. So I'm going to turn 46 around the time that the TriFall turned six.

And you're turning 46. Yeah. In two two two months. Not even that. So that means that I've been recording the TriFall podcast for longer than 10% of my lifetime.

That's pretty good. Yeah. And what what what's your takeaway at the end of it all? What do you think? Kill me. Kill you.

This is 10% of my life I've spent. I've been a member of the TriFall with more than that because 10% of my life would be four four point six years.

Yeah. I mean your wife you've been with her over over 50% of your life. Oh, he's yeah. I think so. Yeah. 60 or 65%.

Well, you know what I'm going to say I actually really enjoy this podcast. My my my thinking behind just about everything is that the finest things in life are the things that come easiest right the things you don't think about the things that you don't have to really make a lot of effort with.
