So in order to keep our faith intact, we must rid ourselves of faith inhibitors.

This is why it's good to go on a fast every nine day and turn everything off.

Good to get away from everything that is against your faith.

And some stuff when you go on a fast from it, don't go back to it.

I'm not going to cuss for 10 days.

How do people do that?

10 days, I ain't going to cuss.

I'm getting closer to the Lord for these 10 days

because I need them to do something for me.

So for 10 whole days, whole days.

Oh, but on that 11th day,

you better not make me mad.

Because I'm going to have 10 days worth of stuff.

Store it up to say say i'd never understood

that people say that like i ain't getting drunk for a whole 23 days so what about day 24 well

we'll we'll we discuss that after the fast probably you, you're not, it doesn't.

Look at somebody say it don't work like that.

Hey man, some of this stuff you need to quit doing anyway.
