And this is the first of our three Holy Tridum Retreat episodes.

So you become accustomed to hear episodes on Thursdays,

Thursday morning, the kind of normal ordinary course and then we added recently

the Sunday Alexio de Venus meditations on the scriptures to help prepare for worthy and fruitful

spiritual communion. We figured though that during these holiest of days we

would drop a couple of extra episodes to help to enter into the mysteries

that are presented to us by the liturgy, by the church's life,

especially in these wild times, these wild times, and I don't know if they make us want to cry or laugh

by a kind of strange ironic, I don't even know what we're doing

right now but life's crazy the world's on fire so we're just doing our best going

forward whoa okay so we thought a good way by which to approach it would be to do a theme that had the same number for all three days.

This is our thinking, this is our wisdom.

So that theme is seven things on each of these most holy days.

So today on Holy Thursday we're going to do a seven church walk

because it's customary to do so.

But we can't leave our homes.

Seven church sit. So we're going to do a seven church lounge.
