0:00.0	I started following these women who were doing what they really wanted to do.
0:04.4	And I was hearing how their life looked and what the challenges were and all the things.
0:08.3	And because I didn't know any women like that, they're all the women that were my age were exactly in my boat.
0:12.4	I started following a new group of people. I started reading new things.
0:15.6	I really started getting my brain focused on what's possible, not what's impossible, or what seems impossible.
0:22.0	And so for me, it was like, like my daughter, I told her in middle school,
0:25.7	the best way to avoid peer pressure or to get the right peer pressures, pick the right group of friends.
0:30.5	And it was like, I had to shift to what I was listening to, putting in my ear, reading every day,
0:36.9	and putting in my brain. And that was the first shift to the lease.
0:40.2	And then the second shift, I think, was taking one small step and getting it validated.

0:46.3	Okay, take another small step, get it validated.
0:47.8	Okay, this is going to be okay. Oh, by the way, people really could want this.
