I think the big news of the week, though, is this dollar bet on quantum computing that's been made by the feds and Queensland government.

I still think there'd be better mechanisms than piling that cash in to one company to actually

try and spawn an industry approach rather than just a one-off investment essentially.

But anyway, I'm probably not qualified.

and what he's saying is that if you're a founder

you need to look out for these red flags

some sole founders can create a vision and garner

the resources to create that complementary team

and hire those people in but often we find that is hard. VCs lecturing

crowdfunding on valuation that went through the 2021 period. Oh my God, exactly. Talk about

the pot calling that kettle black. Exactly. Sites issues with crowdfunding that are detrimental

to investors such as inflated valuations,

unclear investor materials, ingressive marketing and celebrity endorsements,

as well as undisclosed failed attempts to raise capital from professional investors using crowdfunding platforms.

Where crowdfunding really works is you've actually built a community,

which means you're really good at content,
