What, I think she reported it was pretty cold, which given how hot it is here at the

moment. Well, did you see the ice storm that came through in New York? I saw it was like, wasn't

it minus 15? Yeah, we're going to be there in four weeks. Oh, wow, that's crazy. I remember

last time I was in New York, which was a long time ago, it was cold as hell.

And we were one of those double-decker buses, like tourist buses sitting up top in the middle

of a transit strike.

So we couldn't actually go anywhere.

And my girlfriend at the time started crying because she was so cold.

So a lot of really good memories of New York.

Why does this always, it seems to find you done?

Like you put yourself in these positions.

Well, I was going to ask what you guys were looking forward to.

And one of the things I was looking forward to today was getting into the

precinct, meeting with Andrew Barnes to go through a couple of bits and pieces. But I may not

be able to do that because it would seem that the original survey that was done of my property
