Antonia Dodge have you ever been in a company working in a company where everybody

felt alive they were on task and mission and

purpose, people were happy, and things just felt good working there and contrasting

have you ever been to a company or working with a company where people were down the morale was low and maybe not everybody but certain people were bringing everyone else down and maybe the companies were in the same industry you know you've had a career where you've spanned many years and you've seen two different companies that do almost the same thing, and the culture was totally different.

Well, there's a reason for this, and that's what we're going to talk about on

today's podcast. Well and I think you know we've talked about company culture

before and how culture is so important but I think what we're really going to focus in on is a model for how to get that desired

culture and then how to make sure that everybody is basically on board with morale and if they're not how do you put them on a

trajectory where they can catch up to everybody else. So we really want to go into a

model that we think is particularly helpful,

and that is the model that was called

from the book Tribal Leadership.

Now, Tribal Leadership is written by Dave Logan,

John King, and Haley Fisher Wright. And we had Dave Logan, John King, and Haley Fisher Wright.

And we had Dave Logan when we hosted a TEDX in Las Vegas

a few years ago.

Dave Logan was one of our speakers, so we got to meet him.

And he's a really interesting guy

with a lot of interesting ideas.

And I've really always appreciated this concept that was brought out or the concepts that were brought

out in tribal leadership and in particular these this concept of how do we get everybody to the same level.
