Hey, welcome back to another episode of That Traathlon show.

0:22.4

Today's episode is a solo episode. It's just me, your host, Michael Erickson from

0:28.0

Scientific Triathlon.com. No interview this time. We are going to talk about racing tips.

0:35.3

I have prepared a list of tips for you that you can use to

0:39.2

get the most out of yourself within your race from standing on the start line to crossing the

0:45.3

1:45.4

for every single race that I want to perform well in because I know that it will help me so much,

1:51.2

make me so much more likely to perform well. I have an entire blog post about the topic on

1:57.4

writing race plans that I'll link to in the show notes. So you can go and have a look at that that gives more details.

2:03.9

But in short, you should ride everything from what gear you need to bring,

2:08.9

what you should do the day before the race,
