and I am, I am, the alarmist. Hey guys, here we are another week, and as promised this week we're talking about the

triangle shirt waste factory fire. Now I first learned about this fire as a

freshman at NYU I had a theater studies class in the Brown

building and just outside the Brown building near Washington Square Park

there's a plaque that said Triangle

Shirt Waste Factory in 1911.

And you know, I must have walked down the street

and seen this plaque multiple times

before I caught my eye and I was like, okay, so you're telling me that there was this

enormous fire that happened a hundred years ago in this building that I take realism and

naturalism theater studies classes.

And you know I really appreciate NYU or whoever put this plaque
