This week, we're talking about forgiveness. When I forgive, it's for me. There's a weight

off my chest. I feel lighter. Forgiveness is healing. But full transparency, when my Nana passed

in December of 2019, I felt very angry. I could look back now and see how selfish I was,

but when she passed, I felt like she abandoned me. All I could think about was all of these

amazing moments that I knew would happen in my life, that she wouldn't be a part of,

and it made me extremely sad. I really had to sit with myself and dissect my feelings.

I chose to show gratitude for the 32 amazing years I did have with her,

and I forgave myself for being angry about her death.

And my superstar sister, Kelly Rowland knows all about the power of forgiveness. But while we've
