But Freddie, former Florida State Fullback has one of the most amazing life stories you'll ever hear. And he's trying to get it out there because he's trying to help some people

who grew up in his situation. And Freddie, thank you so much for doing this.

Well, it's unbelievable.

And so you sent me a copy of your book, Trials to Triumph, which, by the way, so I've been

writing for a long time for a living, and writing a book is really hard.

I've done a ghostwriting gig where I helped write one.

I've been involved in some kind of ones where you contributed to it.

But to sit down from scratch and write a book is really difficult.

You did it a couple years ago at age 23.

And I got to tell you, I mean, this thing this thing is a page turner. So did you,

did you know when you were doing this that people are going to be like, oh my God, I can't

believe Freddie, Freddie made it through all that? Not really. Just when I was going through the

transition, I was trying to figure out what was next. And just after mentors kind of guided me

through the process and me kind of getting clarity on some things, I was like, man, I have to tell

this story. And I know you said it's tough to write a book, but it was easy for me because I'm

telling my story. So just telling my story and bringing my, bringing my flare to it and just
